After Sales Service

We always prioritize the trust from clients, regardless of partnership duration.
In terms of response: No vague promises. Whether via phone, email or online message, our after-sales team logs your inquiry immediately, with guarantees: "Initial response within 2 hours; specialist assigned for technical issues within 4 hours." No unanswered questions.

Quality assurance: All our silicone products have a 3-year warranty for non-human-induced defects (cracking, deformation, premature aging) under normal use. Beyond replacement, we conduct root-cause analysis on raw materials or production to avoid recurrence.

Technical support: Our team uses plain language (no unnecessary jargon) to explain product usage and specs. For on-site issues (fitting, compatibility), technicians arrive promptly with tools and diagrams, solving problems with your team.

Dedicated service: Each client has a profile recording product details, usage environment and historical requirements. We proactively advise (e.g., warehouse humidity control during Southeast China's rainy season, cold-weather formula checks before northern winters) to prevent issues.

Ultimately, after-sales isn't about box-ticking but problem-solving. When product issues cause production halts or tight deadlines, we work extra hours or travel to support you. You're not just buying products-you're getting a reliable partner committed to your success.
